More than two decades ago, US Courier opened its doors. At that time there were more than 300 courier/delivery companies in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. US Courier began to compete with the biggest and best of these companies. As we grew in revenues, we learned that Customer Service is the #1 ingredient for success in the On-Demand Courier Business. Over the next ten years, we became one of the largest independently owned companies in Dallas.
We started our business in 1984, a year when many other industries, such as the Oil Business and Savings & Loan Companies, failed. It was during this time that we began networking with other courier companies on a national level – sharing ideas with the industry leaders and learning from them. We competed for and won corporate contracts with companies such as IBM, American Airlines, Frito Lay and Chase Bank. And, as their needs grew, so did our services. We added logistics and warehousing, opened branch offices in Austin, Houston, San Antonio, El Paso, Tyler/East TX, McAllen/South TX, Waco and Corpus Christi and began delivering the entire state of Texas.
Throughout our history, my philosophy has been God first, then family and finally business. Although my priorities were often shuffled around, God has always blessed US. It is because of our relationship with Him that we have been able to maintain wonderful and valued relationships with you, our customers, and with our employees and drivers. Our managers are the absolute best in the business! This business belongs to God and we thank Him daily that He has given us the pleasure of serving you!
